The latest installment of Mike Aitken's Signature frame from Fit, the S4. The frame is of course hand made in the USA using heat treated, supertherm 4130 cr-mo and weighs in at well under 5lbs.
Mike wanted the S4 to be as simple and classic looking as possible, whilst using every new development in materials and workmanship available to improve on the S3.5. Fit have been working on new material for a Down Tube for the last six months so once that was finished and tested they were ready to go. The end result is a clean, classic frame that’s strong and still less than 5 pounds.
