Odyssey Flatware Fork 16mm Offset
[Back to Flatland] |
Product Description The Flatware fork has been designed specifically to suit these guys specs. The 41 thermal forks feature 3 different versions, to suit any flatland riders preferences. All of the forks feature built in races, extra long steerer tubes and butted and tapered legs. They all have removable brake mounts, for total customization. All the forks also have an extended crown junction where the legs intersect the steerer tube. Typically this is a large gap for your foot to get stuck in. The Flatware extended crown fills that gap to keep your toes out of it. The Zero version has no rake, which is the distance the wheel sits away from the center line of the forks. No rake means the wheel is in the exact same place no matter what direction the bars face. The Steep version has rake, for a true, backwards/frontwards feel, but still is considered a small amount of rake compared to traditional BMX forks. Thats where the Gouin fork comes in. It has all the same features, but a more traditional rake and thicker dropouts. The Gouin version features lower steer tube extensions to fill the significant shoe-catching gap that forms above a 1.75 tire, while still leaving enough room for fitting larger 1.85 tires. The Gouin fork also includes a hole for caliper brakes, if you prefer that style. Zero Offset: #FWF-600 Send to a friend |
