Delivery Policy

Items will be despatched upon receipt of payment and will only be delivered to the cardholder's registered address. This is for security reasons which will help to protect you the cardholder and us the online retailer from fraudulent transactions, which jeopardise our business and your finances. Delivery prices are quoted to Mainland UK only (overseas and exceptions can be quoted by emailing bob@brightonbmxco.com) and will be by Royal Mail for smaller items, and by courier on a next working day service for larger items. Courier deliveries will require a signature upon delivery so you must make arrangements for this to be possible. Non-deliveries may incur additional charges which will have to be passed on to the customer. Please enquire before you order by emailing bob@brightonbmxco.com if you need clarification on delivery methods and times.

We use various trusted couriers to make our deliveries depending upon which area you live in and the nature of the product you have ordered. Please note that any items offered including delivery are including standard delivery (by Royal Mail or courier) to regular delivery areas, which excludes certain areas which are hard to get to or are less served by delivery infrastructures. This is not a Brighton BMX Co thing, this is a general delivery and transportation thing. These areas include, but are not limited to: the Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, some postcodes within AB, FK, G, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, HS, ZE and some other postal code areas. We will always contact you where possible to advise if a delivery delay is likely but cannot guarantee to do so at busier times. We will be able to offer you tracking information on couriered parcels once despatched to assist

Note that unlike many of our competitors who charge you more for the same products, our complete bikes are only sent out when they are checked over, then they have their pegs and pedals and handlebars removed. This makes it a whole lot easier for you to set it up when it arrives and avoids any disappointment. Email bob@brightonbmxco.com if you want to know how to put the bike up when you receive it, but it is all pretty straightforward

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 17.5%) and subject to change. If you are ordering from outside the UK please contact us prior to order by emailing bob@brightonbmxco.com and we can quote prices
and delivery rates and availability

Returns

If you purchase an item and change your mind you can return it to us provided that it is unused and in the original packaging. You will bear the cost of the return postage and upon our receipt of it in this condition a full refund will be issued. Should you wish to do this please email bob@brightonbmxco.com prior to returning your item so that we're ready to receive it. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

If you have a problem with an item you will need to contact us in the first instance by emailing bob@brightonbmxco.com to outline what has happened. Remember the nature of BMX and the kind of use/abuse/misuse that can and does occur. We can only help you with genuine warranty claims as you would expect, please don't be unreasonable with us and we will offer you the same treatment in return. If you crash your bike and damage it, this is not a warranty issue. We're open and honest, we're all riders, so let us help you with your genuine warranty claim. Brighton BMX Co will not bear the cost of any return postage for inspections. Please contact us in the first instance as many issues can be resolved without the need to return goods anyway
